1. The exhibitors fill in the application form carefully according to the exhibition application (contract) requires and fax or post it to the exhibition organizing committee (follow the rule of first apply and first pay for first arrangement) Registration dates: 20 July 2006 -- 1 March 2007
2. The exhibitors shall remit the exhibition fee into an appointed account within 7 days after the signing up, and fax the remit draft to the exhibition organizing committee for further check. Invoices will be opened and issued altogether during the exhibition period.
3. The exhibition organizing committee is responsible for the show booth arrangement and outlay design. All exhibitors shall follow the instructions of the exhibition organizing committee. The exhibitors may book show booth according to the plane figure. The exhibition organizing committee shall not keep the booked show booth in case that the company fails to remit the payment into the appointed account within 7 days after the signing up.
4. For the convenience of buyers and distributors to acquaint themselves with the exhibition and exhibits, the exhibitors shall sign up as soon as possible and turn in exhibits information & data both in pictures and letters for quick circulation on the Internet. Special favor for early sign-up.
5. Explanation: the final explanation right of this activity belongs to the exhibition organizing committee.

1. Exhibit fees
Standard booth (3M×3M) 9sq.m : $ 2000

Raw Space (rent at least for 36 Square meter) : $ 200/ Square meter

※ Pay additive RMB500 for a double-opened. For any raw exhibition area, the Exhibition Organizing Committee will charge RMB50/ M2 management fee.
※ Standard show booth equipment: three white surrounding boards (2.5 M), one negotiating table, two foldable chairs, two fluorescent lamps, bi-lingual lintel board, floor carpet (please apply and rent for switch board, for other need equipment, exhibitors shall make self-preparation or applications to the organizing committee for renting in advance. There are no any equipment and facilities in non-standard exhibition booths, exhibitors can design and fitment by themselves or commission others according to their own design.)
